Recreation Softball Program

The operation of a ball program this year in Avonmore will depend on registation numbers. Sign up and be counted if you are interested in playing ball.



Used Equipment Exchange Program
If you have an extra pair of shin pads, soccer or ball cleats your child no longer uses and you would like to donate them to our exchange program, please bring them with you to registration or to any regular night practice.

Coaches Needed! (no experience necessary)
Volunteer coaches are a critical part to ensuring a successful ball program for our area children. Without volunteer coaches our kids would not have the opportunity to enjoy all of the great health and social benefits associated with playing softball.

Coaching children between the ages of 4 and 12 years old, minimal knowledge of the game is required to become a coach as much of the focus is on player development... it is far more important that you have a sense of fair play and fun! We offer hands on training and mentoring as well as materials to help you with your weekly practices.
